Harold Bratovich. earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from University of Houston. He holds a Diploma in TEFL and is a Trainer for the International TEFL Certificate program at ISSO – International Student Services Organization. Mr. Bratovich worked as an English teacher in Houston Texas, and has been in the ELT field in Colombia for the last 15 years. He worked as a center director, regional manager and teacher trainer for ELS Language Centers, conducting continuous in-house teacher training programs. He has also conducted trainings in the USA, Canada, El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Colombia and Ecuador. Mr. Bratovich is also a consultant for local high schools in bilingual education. He is a current member of TESOL international organization. He has been a consultant for Cambridge University Press and other international editorial companies.
	Kelby Marks earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Kansas as well as English literature and writing studies at Colorado State University, Colorado University and Wichita State University. He holds a diploma in TEFL and is a trainer for the International TEFL Certificate program at ISSO (International Student Services Organization). Mr. Marks has worked as an English teacher in several bilingual schools in Bogotá during the last 5 years. He has participated in and delivered workshops in the last 5 UCB (Union de Colegios Bilingües) professional seminars Mr. Marks has received additional training from the International Baccalaureate Organization as well as a graduate degree in DTEFL. He is a current member of TESOL's international organization and is an active participant in all activities related to ELT in Colombia and abroad.
	Ryan Owen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages. He holds Diploma in TEFL and is a Trainer for the International TEFL Certificate program at ISSO - International Student Services Organization. Mr. Owen worked as an English teacher in Colombia and has been in the ELT field for the last 7 years. He worked as a coordinator and teacher trainer for ELS Language Centers, conducting continuous in-house teacher training programs. He has also conducted trainings in the Universidad St. Martin where he worked as a coordinator for the English language Department. Mr. Owen has also worked for many high schools teaching English to various grades and ages. He is a current member of TESOL international organization. He is an active participant in all activities related to ELT in Colombia and abroad.
	Maxine Acosta earned a Bachelor of Arts majoring in French, Spanish and English Literature from The University of Sydney, Australia. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Education specialising in ESL/EFL teaching methodology and is currently finishing an MBA. Ms. Acosta has worked in the field of ESL teaching and curriculum development in adult migrant programmes, correctional centres, language institutes, universities and high schools both in Australia and Colombia. She is a TEFL trainer at ISSO and has worked in bilingual schools in Bogota and Villavicencio as an English Literature teacher. She is also trained in the International Baccalaureate Programme in the Diploma and Middle Years Programme. She is an active participant in all activities related to ELT in Colombia and abroad.
	Antonio Garcia earned a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Modern Languages from The University of Santiago de Cali. He holds a TEFL Diploma in English as a foreign language specialising in teaching methodology. Mr. Garcia has worked in the field of EFL teaching, managing language centers and curriculum development in language centers through out Colombia and abroad. He has worked in language centers, universities and high schools in Colombia. He is a certified TEFL trainer at ISSO and has worked in bilingual schools in Bogota, Cartagena, and Cali as an English Literature teacher. He is an active participant in all activities related to ELT in Colombia and abroad as a participant and also as a presenter.
	Alex Estrada earned a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Dickerson University in New Jersey. He worked as a volunteer substitute teacher in P.S. I 88 in Brooklyn, New York City. He is presently certified TEFL/TESOL teacher and teacher trainer fo ISSO in Medellin. Alex has taught for more than seven years and has worked for the most prestigious private schools, language centers and universities in Medellin such as Theodore Hertzl, Marymount and Montessori and EAFIT and UPB. He is an active participant in all activities related to ELT in Colombia and abroad.
